'Change display of bars on gantt chart

I have found a lot of information on how to customize the "tooltip" for the gantt chart, but none on how to control the name shown in the bar itself. As you can see below, the bars all have the name of the manufacturing order. For us, this name is mostly meaningless. I'd like to know how to change the name displayed in the bar.

For example: Instead of MR/2021/00121, i'd like to see our project number.
