mifare 4k classic write does not work as expected

I want to write to a mifare classic 4k, using the following APDU command (UPDATE BINARY): APDU = {FF D6 00 20 10 00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 0A 0B 0C 0D 0E 0F
