'Can't exit Apex Send Email from Marketing Cloud screen

Has anyone else experienced this issue/bug? When entering the Send Email screen, in my browser I am sent to /apex/sendetemail. This screen completely takes over Salescloud. There is no cancel button, no top navigation, no way to get out of the screen. Hitting the back button redirects you back to the screen. Logging out and back in sends you back to the screen. Once you enter this screen your options are to A) send an email or B) burn Salesforce's data center to the ground. Please help.
