'Can't add Northwind database to Visual Studio Professional 2022

I am trying to add the Northwind database to VS 2022 but I get this error (attached in the image below). Error

What have I tried so far :

  • Checking if SQL service is running (it is, though it shows up as VSS didn't find the standalone Microsoft SQL running).
  • The SQL Server Object Explorer in the SQL Server tab doesn't show up anything.

Update:

Now when I install SQL Server it throws out this error: Oops.. Unable to install SQL Server (setup.exe). Exit code (Decimal): -2061893606Error description: Wait on Database Engine recovery handle failed. Check the SQL Server error log for the causes

Update 2:

On my main PC it works. Only on the laptop it throws the mentioned error.
