'Can I set Hikari CP `maxLifeTime` to the minimum(= 30s)?

I know that the minimum value of Hikari CP maxLifeTime is 30 seconds. I want Hikari connection pool to be replaced frequently.

Is the DB load okay even if I replace the Hikari connection pool every 30 seconds? What is the suitable value of maxLifeTime?
