'Can cellular apple watch access internet without iPhone?
What I'm trying
I plan to build the running trucking app for both watchOS and iOS. I want to allow the user to connect data without iPhone so that the user can run comfortably.
Problem
The app that I plan to build needs to fetch data every 30 seconds. In that case, the watchOS have to access the backend service. However, I didn't find the specific feature for the apple watch to connect to the internet solely. Is there any solution to using the internet on the apple watch solely?
Hypothesis
I would say that the apple watch has a cellular connection feature that can access the internet. So I think it can.
