'C# Datagridview comboBox filter

In C # one Form 1 Datagridview, I have 3 ComboBox. I brought Datagridview to 6 columns in the data file Veri.accdb. But this data with 3 ComboBox column1, column2 column3 and filter the data, how can I get the data I want. I did, but I could not do the relevant research on this topic I wanted filtration. I would be glad if you help.
