'Bits in KIc param (indication of Keys to be used) understanding

If my KIc is 0x24, then it is:

kic = 0b0010_01_00 # 0x24 - 3-DES outer-CBC 2 keys

though, which keyset I should use for KIc in this case? Is it 0x10? due to 0b0010_..., and b6, b5 are "indication of Keys to be used". Can't understand in specs, what it means.
