'Azure Custom Translator Detect API

I have a usecase where i first detect the incoming query language using Detect API and pass the detected language as input to Translator API. Issue is, we have few business terminologies on English. These words are detected as different language other than English. I know this is the default behaviour of the API.

But bit curious is there any custom detection models we can built similar to custom translator model.
