'Authentication failed Heroku / PostgreSQL

FATAL: password authentication failed for user "some_user" FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "some_IP", user "some_user", database "some_db", no encryption

Authentication failed while trying to access DB through PG Admin 4. But, the credentials are correct, as heroku settings shows me.

Bobby-dev account.

Any ideas?
