'asp.net C# Grid view Auto Populate Text Box columns

Hi Need Small Help I have 15 fields of grid view and given Edit/Update Link for that,, When I edit the columns data need to auto populate of "Team Lead" field based on "Team Lead Employee ID",,

I have Team Lead ID and Team Lead name data is stored in other data base..

Please help on this.. Searching from Since long but not resolving this
