'app running on simulator but freeze on physical device, alcatel flip Kaios

I am trying to run music player app for kaios

Steps that i follow are follows are

1- clone repository from github

2- open in kaiosrt

3- run application

However running on simulator works perfectly, but on physical device none of the device key respond. I also tried for another application but same problem.

physical device is alcatel flip 4044l
