Android studio bumblebee is freezing at splash screen after the loading process is completed

Question

please can someone help me ?, my android studio bumblebee lastest version isn't opening anymore it just freezes at splash screen after the loading process is completed can anyone please help me ? ,I have downloaded the lasted jdk which is 64bit jdk - 18 , and I have create my JAVA_HOME variable at my environment variable , and I even deleted the Old android studio with every of it's properties including my sdk's but it won't still work ,my laptop specifications are : 4GB RAM ,64bit,240GB hard drive ,2.30 GHz processor , window 10 , here are some pics of what I have done and my issuesenter image description here
