Anchor eliminates formatting in the TinyMCE

Question

i have a page in mvc where a document is compiled thanks to a tinyMCE, the problem is when I copy a text from word, this seems to be correct initially, but if I change something inside the tiny and click on undo or use the quick commands to roll back (CTRL + Z) the page loses its original alignment.

as you can see the problem is the strings in anchor, I tried to remove it from here:

but the result doesn't change, how can I fix or completely remove the anchors?
