'Anaconda - how to make "$conda activate myenv" put 'myenv' directory at the beggining of a PATH variable?

(base) $ conda activate tc_analytics
(tc_analytics) $ echo $PATH
/home/vprokopev/.local/bin:/home/vprokopev/.local/bin:/home/vprokopev/anaconda3/envs/tc_analytics/bin:/home/vprokopev/anaconda3/condabin

Here you can see that conda activate puts my environment folder after 2 other folders. How can I get it to put my env folder (/home/vprokopev/anaconda3/envs/tc_analytics/bin) at the begginig of $PATH?
