'Allocating an Azure VM with GPU and Full Screen Video Encoding
I'm trying to allocate an Azure VM with a GPU and support for full screen video encoding. I've figured out that an NV series VM is needed for a GPU instance. But I haven't been able to get full screen video encoding enabled. While Microsoft provides instructions on changing the computer's policy to enable full screen video encoding, the instructions refer to settings that I have found do not exists on Windows 10/11/2022 server. Making the associated changes in the Windows Registry for these settings also has no effect.
How do I allocate a cloud VM with a GPU and full screen video encoding?
