Ajax cancel required field on button click

Question

In order to add to the cart on opencart, an input must be selected. I want to cancel this requirement when another button is clicked. I couldn't solve it because the requirement is provided with ajax. How can I cancel this requirement when clicking the ".cancel-button" button
