'Add a hyperlink to Telegram `UserName` ( profile ) or Communicate using Telegram Group/Channel to send messages

I would like to use my telegram Group name to communicate with individual users or on other groups. If any other user clicks on this id, it should direct them to the group/channel. I had once a user joined my group with this behavior and later exited the group. So couldn't follow up on it.

Example: if a public group user name is "xyz" I want to communicate as "xyz" and if someone click on my the "xyz" profile, the group/channel should pull up ( similar to how a user profile pulls up or similar to how a group/channel link opens).

  1. Or, Can we provide hyperlink of a group/channel to an individual USer ID ? So, if any clicks on the User profile, it should direct to the group profile id and not the individual user profile id.
