'¿Also with temporary blobs? APEX ORACLE ORA-12953 - The request exceeds the maximum allowed database size of 11 GB

We already know that the creation and deletion of blobs fills up the disk until the 11GB is complete.

Using a temporary BLOB that we then copy to disk, we still get "The request exceeds the maximum allowed database size of 11 GB".

The creation of temporary BLOBS to be moved to disk will also fill up the database space? Or is there a way to purge that space?
