'Same domain name used in aws certificate manager and X509 certificate

I have a certificate with domain name www.aabbbcccc.com in aws certificate manager used in cloudfront, if i purchase from certificate provider like GlobalSign of the same domain name as i need a X509 cert that can produce SHA256RSA signature. Will there be any conflict?
