'GDAL versions and mosaicing of many tif files
I'm mosaicing a very large number of geotiff files on the command line. I noticed that the results between GDAL versions 3.1.0 and 3.0.2 are different (see figure). The command I use is:
gdalwarp *.tif final_mosaic.tif -tr 250 250 -r average -co COMPRESS=DEFLATE
Can anyone suggest a switch that will better handle the overlap? gdalwarp results v3.0.2 versus v3.1.0
