'Bullet points to Excel VBA email

I am sending out a daily mailer which has bullets in. This part is how I currently have it, which is not ideal as it does not align the bullets 100%:

str2 = "<BODY style = font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri>" & _
    "<br><font color=black>Tip 1.<br>Tip 2<br>Tip 3.<br>"

So i wrote the below but this does not work, any help to try get this to work?

str1 = "<BODY style = font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri>" & _
"Hello There, <br><br> Below is the snippet of work<br>"

str2 = "<BODY style = font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri>" & _
"<br><font color=green>Pro Tips<br><br>"

<ul>
    <li>Tip 1.</li>
    <li>Tip 2.</li>
    <li>Tip 3.</li>
</ul>

str3 = "<BODY style = font-size:12pt;font-family:Calibri>" & _
"<br>Warm Regards, <br>Administrator.<br>"
