'Amazon Ses to send Bulk email without using php api

I am using AMAZON SES to send Bulk email to my Subscribers.

Currently using their PHP API and SMTP to send email using PHPMailer.

How to send email in bulk like they way we do in gmail but using amazon ses smtp , with no limit at a time ?
